Returns

If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We will issue a refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 14 days of receiving it. To qualify for a full refund, items should be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. We regret that the shipping cost for shipping it back to us will not be included in your refund.

If you are returning light bulbs – due to their fragile nature, may we request that you pack them in the same way they reached you to prevent damage during transit. We cannot accept returns that have been damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.

We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service and keep the proof of postage.

Once we receive your item, we’ll process your return. You’ll be notified by email once this process is complete. The funds will be credited back to your original method of payment. This will take 2-3 days, but might take longer to reflect in your account, depending on your issuing bank.

 

Defective, damaged or incorrect shipment

We test each and every light bulb to ensure it’s in a perfect working condition before shipping it out to you. On the rare occasion should you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it or issue a refund at no charge as well as refund your shipping costs.

Do notify us within 3 days of receiving a damaged or defective item. Additionally we will be requesting a picture or a short video clip, if necessary, of the defect or damage.
